When the Real Thing Comes Along is about an unexpected love triangle and all the complications of the heart that go along with it. The above picture is a prayer from one of Jacelynn’s love interests. Who do you think is praying? Is it Jason or Taylor? Mmmmhhh, I guess you’ll just have to read the book to find out!

Have you ever been apart of a love triangle? Was it more pleasure or headache? Have you ever had a person you were dating pray with you? Was is comforting or creepy? I’m all ears!

  1. The first time I prayed with someone I was dating, it was so strange. I felt all self-conscious, thinking I would say the wrong words. I stumbled through it and was totally embarrassed. The first time I prayed with MR N, though, it was very different. I was at ease with him and it felt very natural. I think when you are in a relationship and you are intimately connected (emotionally, not physically), praying is just an extension of your love. 🙂

    Love that graphic, Faith! 😀

    • At first I thought praying with a guy I had romantic interest in would be weird. I’d heard of it, but never experienced it. Then the first (and so far only) time a man I was involved with prayed for me, I recognized it as one of the most romantic gestures I’d ever received. He was so sweet and sincere! Like a dummy I dropped him because I didn’t feel a strong physical attraction for him. Nothing against him. He was tall, dark and handsome. Totally due to my personal hangup as I was still caught up in my ex at the time. Oh well, live and learn!

You and Mr. N are so stinkin’ cute! 🙂 And I agree, prayer is exactly an extension of love.

Thanks for the compliment on my graphic. I’m still working on my skills in that area. I have a lot of room for improvement. But it’s not bad for something I did at midnight! 🙂

      • Well you never know what will happen, Faith. I dumped MR N twice (yes twice I broke his heart) before coming to my senses. The Lord kept bringing us together and eventually I realized he was the man for me. LOL!

Awww thanks! I will share that with him. 😉

I’m still a novice when it comes it graphics but I love it! It’s the artistic side of me.
